Neighbors is a family-friendly sports bar which opened in February 2018 in Summerset, SD. The restaurant owners were looking for a logo that would appeal to families and young adults.
As the owners and I refined the logo concept, it evolved from incorporating cartoon characters to a more minimal graphic. This final logo pairs the restaurant name with circles reminiscent of a bottle cap or plate. The distressed texture reflects the restaurant decor.
The logo also now appears on a sign along Interstate 90 near Rapid City, SD.
